StreetMaker welcomes new Chairman

APPLETON, Wisconsin, July 7, 2004 – Chris Allen succeeds Rod Richardson as Chairman of the Board of StreetMaker, Inc. and acquires full interest in the Company. In addition to being Chairman, Mr. Allen will retain his post as CEO.

Rod Richardson resigned by his own choice as Chairman of the Board today and sold his remaining interest in StreetMaker, Inc. back to the Company to accept a new management post with another company.

“We had no disagreements. Nothing was wrong. Another business just wanted him bad enough to attract him,” said Allen.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for me,” said Richardson. “They made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. The change at StreetMaker will be progressive and positive under the sole control and direction of Chris Allen.”

StreetMaker is keeping the company Richardson will be working with confidential for now. Richardson says he should not be the focus, but that Chris Allen and StreetMaker is the important element of today’s events.

The future of StreetMaker, Inc. looks bright, according to Allen. “Our partners and associates are all on board and the Company will continue to deliver the quality service it always has.”

Allen says he plans to continue to develop, improve and expand the programs offered by StreetMaker, Inc.
